At Classic Tech Specials, your satisfaction matters! Since our products are made to order, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently to ensure quality and fairness for everyone.


🎯 Made-to-Order Policy

All our products (t-shirts, mugs, hoodies, etc.) are custom-printed just for you once you place an order. Because of this:

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or if you simply changed your mind.

Please check the product sizing guides and descriptions carefully before ordering.


✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, we’ll gladly make it right.

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us at cts@dublin.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the issue

    • A brief description

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.


📦 Lost Packages

If your package gets lost in transit:

  • Contact us at cts@dublin.com

  • We'll investigate with the shipping provider.

  • If confirmed lost, we'll replace or refund the item.


🚫 Returns Without Authorization

Please do not send returns to the address on the shipping label — we cannot accept or process unauthorized returns. Contact us first so we can guide you.


💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
